Description
The Hotel Ancora is situated in an emerald valley ringed by the Dolomite Alps. One of the oldest hotels in Cortina (built in 1826), the hotel is built in the characteristic Ampezzano style with wooden balconies and intricately carved and painted interior details.
The Hotel is right in the center of the pedestrian mall which incorporates most of downtown Cortina, one of the most famous and elite resort towns in the world. Cortina is known for its exclusive clientele, fabulous shopping and the hospitality of the mountain people.

Restaurant
The dining room is graced with gothic arches hand-painted in shades of blue where guests dine with candlelight and classical music. The Chefs prepare international cuisine which a pleasure both to see and to eat as great attention is paid to presentation. The Hotel dining rooms are open to the public.
