- The length of the visit is about 10 minutes to allow all visitors access to the Basilica.

- The St Mark’s Foundation reserves the right to prohibit, at any time and without notice, entrance to the Basilica due to unforeseen circumstances (such as flooding), safety reasons, unscheduled religious services and official visits.

Only in case of closure of the Basilica which does not extend for the entire day, those who have booked during these times exceptionally closed will be able to access the Basilica using the same voucher in the available time slots on that day. If possible, we will immediately notify those changes to you via email and specify alternative ways to visit the Basilica.

Purchase online at a cost of €1,50 per person your privileged access to St Mark’s Cathedral and avoid the long queue (with an average queuing time of 45 minutes). You can book the access to the Cathedral on the day and at a time that you prefer. This will allow you to have more free time to spend your holiday in Venice. The service is available for 7 months each year, from 1st of April to 31st of October, and the online booking can be made up until 10 minutes before the chosen time for the visit.
