Description
The restaurant's name, "Il Canzoniere," recalls Petrarch's poetry.
But the inspiration here lies in the breathtaking landscape, which guests can enjoy from the
terraces, and in the flavors of the dishes, both traditional and innovative.
The spacious terrace and the naturally-lit rooms (up to 150 seats) will welcome you
for intimate dinners, holiday lunches, refreshments and banquets.
Beside the classic offerings from the grill you will find dishes prepared with local
and seasonal products with an original twist: “rosole” (a local savory leaf) with
polenta and crispy ham, purple potato gnocchi, asparagus and artichoke salads served
with the tastiest cheeses, rabbit with lavender, guinea-fowl with blueberries, as
well as homemade desserts and a selection of local and national wines.
We frequently organize theme dinners/lunches and events on the main terrace.
