From its vast collections the Correr museum presents an exhibtion of hitherto unexhibited designs frrom such artists as Caffi, Pividor, Guardi, Moro, Bosa, Vervloet and many more. The nineteeenth centruy, age of the Industrial Revolution, was an era of drastic change, of invention, belief in progess, and at the same time a yearning back to past traditions.
