Very good accommodation - almost new with modern furnishings and beautiful garden. Very convenient close to bus, which will take you right to the historic centre of Venice. The host Gianni speaks very good English and was very welcoming!

Acabamos de pasar un fin de semana en este hotel y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que no pueda pagar los altos precios del centro de Venecia. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero están muy bién y muy limpias. Por este precio es imposible encontrar sitios en Venecia y, realmente, en 30 minutos de bus llegas al centro. Después de mucho buscar fue lo más barato que encontramos y volvería a repetir, seguro.

Very good find. Is out of main area of Venice, 15mins by bus. Enjoyed staying away from the hustle and bustle, room was really nice, clean, nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Bus stop is less than a minutes walk away, and location was good. Fanatstic traditional restaurant across the road.
