It proposes the traditional cuisine of Euganean Hills, using the products directly coming from the Farm, from seasonal vegetables to farmyard animals – such as pork, Paduan hen, guinea-fowl, duck and rabbit; a particular attention is paid to the recipes, often sought in the historical memory of the good housewives of Faedo. Bread and pasta are always home-made too.

Hours: the kitchen is normally open on Saturday evening and on Sunday for lunch and dinner, but it works on other days as well, on reservation, for groups, particular events, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, anniversaries, working meals, etc. (minimum 10/maximum 60 persons).
Menu: the proposed dishes vary depending on the season; the menu, arranged every two weeks, is always readable on the website. You can book your meal by telephone or e-mail. Four typologies of menu are proposed in order to satisfy as much as possible everybody’s requirements.
Since the wine cost varies a lot depending on quality and vintage, drinks are always charged separately. The consumed wines are debited with the shelf price increased of €2, with the possibility of drinking only a glass as well.
Thematic events: periodically, the Farm organizes some dinners in order to introduce particular dishes related to the seasonal cycles (for example, risottos with spring herbs or pork dishes to enjoy the winter evenings) or to propose and guide couplings between food and wine.
