Tribute to Nat King ColeAfter the electrical storm of Placebo, the festival of Villafranco sees the arrival of George Benson, one of the great exponent of jazz guitar, in a homage to the seductive melodies of Nat King Cole. Joining the jazzmaster on stage will be the Philharmonic Orchestra of Venice led by Randy Waldman, and a five-piece choir, as well as Benson's own band of Michael ONeill (guitar and vocals Randy Waldman (piano Stanley Banks (bass Thom Hall (keyboards) and Buddy Williams (drums). The evening promises a true commemoration of one of the most popular vocalists of the 1950s, with such unfgorgettable classics as Unforgettable and Mona Lisa.
