This enigmatic artist has recently been honoured by the opening of the Museo Casa Giorgione in May, situated in the artists home during the 15th century.
The exhibition in Castelfranco also unites leading figures from the artisitc world and environment of the master, such as Giovanni Bellini,Lorenzo Costa, Carpaccio, Perugino, Sebastiano del Piombo, Palma il Vecchio, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael and Giorgiones pupil the great Titian. Masterpieces from museums and collections all over the world come together in a celebration of the virtuosity, magic and mystery of this greatest of painters.
