Since its first appearance in 2004 the Treviso event has become one of the most popular Italian marathons. Its traditional course of the classic distance of 42.195 km runs from Vittorio Veneto arriving at Treviso. Titles to be competed for are the National Absolute and Master, the Sporting Veterans title, and the ACLI Sporting Union. This sixth edition of the Treviso Marathon takes place on Sunday 29th March 2009. Course is measured and certified according to AIMS/IAAF (24th August 2006).
