Lago Film Fest 2013
From 19 July 2013 to 27 July 2013
From 19 to 27 July Revine Lago Film Fest will come alive with activities suitable for both large and small: the Lago International Film Festival is intense and full of ideas, ready to satisfy connoisseurs in the field and the many curious who want to get in touch with the varied world of the independent visual arts.
The Revine Lago Festival 2013 will be dedicated to the social media and communication, a project which started several months ago with the launch of a contest to find the new image of Lago Film Festival Italy. This original and open to all competition received considerable feedback and has highlighted once again the free and independent spirit of the Lago Film Fest Revine.
The major focus of the Lago short film festival as always will be cinema and visual arts. The Revine Lago Film Festival programma will include interactive workshops, meetings and screenings to engage and stimulate a wider audience.
For the entire week of Lago Film Festival, Italy Revine will host several workshops by Italian and foreign artists, including Toms Sheridan a British director called to reveal the secrets of reportage images - and 'The motion picture' that attempts to explain how an image is created with a program designed according to the age of the participants; Once upon a time... before the Lumire brothers' for children aged between 5 and 11 years and 'adult images' from 16 years onwards.
Classic events at the Revine Lago Film Festival programma are now confirmed such as film sections international, national, experimental and non-narrative, special prize 'Veneto Region' and Unicef film for children, the arrival of a prestigious international jury and the competition for screenplays.
New at the Lago Film Fest 2013: SMA - Switzerland Mon Amour, a sort of festival within a festival, to showcase the rich creativity beyond the Alps between art, graphics, music and cinema.
