Spring Prosecco Doc from the Altamarca Hills
From 21 February 2009 to 14 June 2009

Every year springtime coincides with the tasting of the latest vintage, with accompanying cultural events to crown the triumph of the Venetos food and wines. The bubbling prosecco is a symbol of the renewal of the year, the reinvigoration of the springtime, and the fresh wines are world-famous. They also provide the opportunity to dip into the intriguing world of wine culture. This location is home to the first wine route as well as one of the first wine-making schools which began the spumante-making process.
The history, tradition and standard is naturally highly valued here, and all the local communities take part in the rich calendar of events.
