Vinitaly 2015, International Wine & Spirit Exhibition, one of the most important international fairs dedicated to the world of wine, will take place in the fair of Verona Veronafiere from 22 to 25 March. Vinitaly Tasting - The DoctorWine Selection, a tasting event meant to present the excellence of Italian wine.
And for those who wish to taste some haute cuisine, Vinitaly offers two different restaurants to choose from! At the Self Service d'Autore, visitors can enjoy a self-service meal prepared by the best Italian chefs of Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, an occasion to dine with delicious dishes without taking too much time away from the visit of the pavilions. The D'Autore Restaurant, instead, offers everyday a choice of dishes of excellent cuisine prepared by prestigious chef, rigorously women.
But 2015 is a special year for Vinitaly, Italy. This year the exhibition will continue with the Vinitaly Expo 2015 event. In the occasion of Expo Milano 2015, Vinitaly will create a pavilion completely dedicated to the history and culture of wine in Italy.
