Are the prices quoted per room or per person?
The rate per night refers to the price of the room and related services (bed and breakfast, room only, ...).
What is included in the price quoted?
The price includes the services indicated in the type of room.
When I do a search are only the hotels available on the dates selected by me shown?
Certainly! After entering the dates, only available hotels will appear in the search results. Alternatively, you can also just set the search by destination, hotel name or theme and enter the dates in the next step. In this case you will see all the accommodation on venetoinside.com.
What is the tourist tax? It is already included in the price you indicated?
The tourist tax is a tax on people staying in accommodation in tourist areas or arts' cities. You will have to pay it directly to the manager of the facility, who will issue you a receipt, as it is not included in the rate shown on venetoinside.com.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Any changes and/or cancellations that are requested follow the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of agreement. We invite you to check here if your case is one of those for which it is possible to change or cancel.
At the time of booking will I be charged the full amount at once?
Yes, your reservation will be confirmed after the full amount indicated has been charged to you.
Is there a penalty for the cancellation of my booking?

What should I do if I could not download the voucher after booking?
The voucher and invoice can be downloaded directly on venetoinside.com on the confirmation page that will appear at the end of the booking process. You will also be sent one by email to the address indicated at the time of booking. If you are not able to download the voucher from your confirmation page and if you have not even received it via mail, you can dowload it on your own at the following link: you just need a valid payment order number (e.g.: PYMVD17-54…) or dossier number (e.g.: VD17-54…), and the email address used for your bookings.
