How can I book a transfer?
Our taxi and transfer services can be booked only online. Choose the service that best suits your needs in the page for taxi and transfer services in the Veneto region, enter the required information and then proceed with the booking. If the service is not immediately bookable online, fill in the specific form and we will reply as soon as possible giving you the availability and the rates charged.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Any changes and/or cancellations that are requested follow the terms and conditions indicated in our Terms and Conditions. We invite you to check here if your case is one of those for which it is possible to apply changes or cancellations.
Who can I contact for information or assistance on the day of the transfer?
The voucher contains specific information on the booked service, including an emergency number to contact in case of need. If you need further assistance, you can contact us by filling in the specific form: we will reply as soon as possible to provide you with all the assistance you require!
What should I do if I cannot download the voucher after booking?
Voucher and invoice can be downloaded directly from venetoinside.com on the confirmation page that will appear at the end of the booking process. Both will also be sent by mail to the address indicated at the time of booking. If you are not able to download the voucher from your confirmation page and if you have not even received it via mail, you can dowload it on your own at the following link: you just need a valid payment order number (e.g.: PYMVD17-54…) or dossier number (e.g.: VD17-54…), and the email address used for your bookings.
What should I do if my flight/train is late?
In these cases, the best thing to do is to contact immediately one of the phone numbers on the voucher and communicate the new arrival time. Keep in mind that our colleagues keep an eye on the flights/train times and related delays and the waiting timing of vehicles used for transfers are always calculated based on the actual time of arrival.
Will the point of embarkation/disembarkation in Venice be at my hotel?
The docking of the taxi for embarkation/disembarkation is provided at the hotel or at the nearest pier. Because of the particular morphology of the city and the unpredictable conditions of the tide, if the accommodation does not allow for the docking of the water taxi a short walk may be required.
How many pieces of luggage are included?
1 medium-sized luggage per person is included. In case of extra baggage, you can pay for any extra charges on the spot.
Do I have to print and present the voucher on the day of the service?
Yes, the paper voucher is the only document recognized and valid to use the service.
