Information on the protection of personal data (Law 196/03)
Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. No. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with the portal www.venetoinside.com.
The Leg. June 30, 2003. 196 is aimed at ensuring that the processing of personal data will be respected for human rights, dignity and fundamental freedoms of people, in particular it relates to personal identity, the right to privacy and protection of personal data.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree laying down provisions on the protection of personal data, we wish to inform you of the following:
Insidecom s.r.l, to offer personalized service, needs to deal with some of your personal data, as detailed in the sections relating to these services, by taking appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality, in accordance with the above regulations.
We therefore ask you to give your consent to the processing of data necessary for the operations and services requested by you at the time of your membership.

2.1. This information concerns the data collected through:

b) booking requests

2.2 The personal information you provide our company with will be recorded and stored on electronic media in order to guarantee security and confidentiality. The data will be processed only with the methods and procedures strictly necessary to provide the services required, and always within the law.
3. Type of collected data
The user has full responsibility for third party personal data communicated or shared through venetoinside.com. Insidecom s.r.l. is not in any event liable to third parties.
4. Aims of data collection and processing methods of data
4.1. The data collected in the cases referred to in paragraphs a., b., c., point 2.1., are used exclusively for the following purposes:
a) collection, storage and processing in the establishment and operational management, administration and accounting of the contract related to the services offered on our site;
b) use of data to provide assistance, perform communications relating to the conduct of the contractual relationship, the request to leave a review on the service purchased;
c) collection, storage and processing of data to perform statistical analysis and market research in an anonymous and / or aggregate form;
d) the sending, including via automated tools, of commercial information by Insidecom Srl;
e) collection and storage of personal information to provide judicial authorities with information that may be required.
4.2 In some cases, Insidecom s.r.l. may use the information collected through venetoinside.com for:
- sending news about products and / or services offered by Insidecom s.r.l.;
- preventing and detecting fraud or other illegal or undesired practices ;
- analysis to improve our services and / or the functionality and the quality of our portals;
- legal defence of the owner (or in the stages leading to a possible establishment of the same) from abuse by the user.
5. Nature of the data
5.1.The provision of personal data is optional. The failure to provide even part of the data will make it impossible for Insidecom Ltd. proceeding to complete delivery of the services requested by you at the time of your membership.
6. Communication and disclosure of data
6.1. Collected personal data will not be released to third parties, except in the cases provided by the following information and / or law and, anyway, in the manner permitted by this. The data will be used for sending communications on services purchased, requests for review and commercial information. In some cases it may be communicated to those concerned with the provision of the services requested (such as the vendor of any tour or the hotel when booking).
Only when absolutely necessary to prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and / or criminal acts and when required by law, the data will be shared with law enforcement or other government authorities.
6.2 If you make a reservation through the website of one of our commercial partners, some data may also be shared with us; vice versa, our business partners may have access to the data of our customers. This always and only if they make a request.
6.3 In some cases, certain categories of personnel involved in the portal may have access to your data. The categories are: sales staff, administrative, marketing, system administrators, legal, but also external parties such as service providers, technical third party, hosting provider. By submitting a review, you agree that the comment and any photos you choose to attach will appear on venetoinside.com and used for promotional purposes even in our social profiles.
8. Social Media and Social Network
8.1 The use of social platforms is designed to promote and advertise our services. Venetoinside.com is present on different social media with its own account: these services may involve the sharing of some information (for example, usage data and cookies) with venetoinside.com. Sometimes we may share on our social profiles photos or comments from our customers for services that they have booked and made use of, but always anonymously or using the pseudonym adopted by the client to send the picture or the review through the form.

In the pages that are running a service interaction with social networks, it is possible that this service will collect traffic data relative to the pages in which it is present even if users do not use this service.
9. Rights of the interested party
9.1. Article. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants the interested party specific rights.
9.1.1. The person concerned is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence of data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
9.1.2. The person concerned is entitled to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments ;
d) of the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State.
9.1.3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or processed;
c) the certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also regarding their contents, of parties to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right..
9.1.4. The person concerned is entitled to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even to the scope of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
10. Safety procedures used in data processing
10.1 Insidecom s.r.l observes the proper procedures to prevent the personal data of its customers to be misused or accessed without authorization.
Access to the data of our customers is allowed only to authorized personnel during the course of their work. Our servers use restrictions and technical and physical security procedures that restrict the access and the use of data to authorized personnel only.
11. Place and Retention Period
11.1 The processing of data related to web services of venetoinside.com takes place in the headquarters of Insidecom Srl., located in viale Ancora, 24 30172 Mestre Venezia and other places where the parties involved in the processing are operate from.
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed.
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until such interest is met. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.
When the processing is based on the consent of the User, the Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or an order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
12. Cookies and navigation data
12.1 A 'cookie' is a small file containing data that many Web sites, when visited, can store in the browser navigation. Venetoinside.com use these 'cookies' in order to track the visitor's path on the site or for statistical analysis on pages visited. Cookies enable our system to recognize you and can not in any way damage the files or allow access to your confidential data. www.venetoinside.com can share some general statistics (which do not include any personal data of the user), processed using cookies or IP addresses, with its partners, such as hotjar.com and formismo.com.
Venetoinside.com uses recognized online marketing services companies, including Google Analytics, and can make use of the services offered by third parties for purposes of analysis. To provide their services, these companies use in turn cookies. It is possible to control the data collection made by Google Analytics by visiting the Browser add-on for Google Analytics Opt. Other services for data collection are Hotjar and Formisimo.
Through Hotjar, the tools that can be activated and types of information we can gather are as follows:
- Feedback polls: short questionnaires that can be viewed by site visitors to collect anonymous feedback on usability and browsing quality.
- Incoming feedback: immediate and anonymous feedback based on a 'visual' rating scale and possible comment.
- Heatmaps: interaction maps that allow you to identify which areas are the most clicked and the areas most viewed on the page.
- Video recording: anonymous video recordings of visits to the site.
Formisimo anonymously traces how users navigate the fields of a form in order to investigate the pattern of compilation and drop-off points.
12.2 During navigation, the software procedures and information systems of venetoinside.com acquire some data of the computer (such as: IP address of the computer used by the user, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, language and visited pages, numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server and other parameters related to the environment and navigation of the operating system of the user's computer), the transmission of which is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. The processing and the association of such information could allow users to be identified.
These data are deleted periodically and are used only to verify the working status of the portal, to obtain anonymous statistics or to establish any liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.
13. External links to other sites
14.1 All services on venetoinside.com are not intended for children under 18. By using our services, the child must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
