- At 20.00 the evening will come alive: in the splendidly decorated rooms of the hotels, with candlelit lavish tables, dinner will be served, which includes an exclusive three-course menu: seared tuna with black sesame and a golden onion cream and scampi in kataifi pasta, risotto with limes, saffron and raw red prawns of Mazzara del Vallo and sea bass turban with potato mash and cream of green zucchini.
During the meal you will be entertained by opera singers and dancers who will delight you with their shows dedicated to the most famous and fun arias of Italian opera.
- At this point a dessert is a must! At roughly 22.30, a buffet will be served consisting of typical carnival cakes, tiramisu, fresh fruit and sparkling wine. On the notes of La Traviata, all the artists will invite the guests to a waltz dance. The evening will end at 23.30.
