CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation until December 15, 2021; after this date, payment will no longer be refundable or transferable to other bookings.

If the Hotel Carlton decides, due to force majeure, to cancel the event, the amount you paid will be fully refunded.

In exceptional cases and/or reasons of force majeure (i.e. acts of nature, strikes, exceptional closures,serious unexpected events or health problems experienced by the person in charge with the service after which it is really impossible to find a substitute) the service you booked might be cancelled. If this should happen, you will be informed as soon as possible and, according to the type of service you booked, you will have the possibility to choose between postponing the service on the first date available or receiving a total refund of the price paid, if the cancellation policy of the service itself allows a refund.

The ‘La Cupola’ restaurant in Venice, inside the Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal, is ready to welcome you at Christmas Eve dinner or Christmas lunch, with a menu carefully designed by its chefs. You will find a classy and warm Christmas atmosphere to welcome you with candles and stylish decorations all around.

The Christmas Eve dinner in Venice will start at 19.30 with a welcome from the chef. From 20.00 you can sit at the table to start enjoying the menu which, as tradition dictates, will be based on fish. If, on the other hand, you prefer to spend your Christmas day lunch in Venice, the 'La Cupola' restaurant will welcome you in its elegant rooms from 12.30 and offer you a refined meat-based menu.

'La Cupola' in Venice has also devised an ad hoc menu for children, delicious and nutritious, which will, with no doubt, please them!
