Three days in search of typical dishes from the Veneto region within a tantalizing tour.


Organized with the collaboration of Slow Food, this is a unique tour that combines in only three days a visit to Padova – Padua, the Padova area and the enchanting Brenta Riviera, with guided tastings in the Slow Food Centres, tastings of local dishes in the renowned Slow Food Restaurants and guided visit to farms and wineries selected by Slow Food.


How could one miss the opportunity to experience the food and wine of Slow Food in perfect combination with the history, arts and culture of Padova – Padua and the Brenta Riviera?


Following your arrival in the hotel, there will be time to relax before dinner at the restaurant “Da Conte” in Marano, selected by Slow Food. Here you will taste the typical dishes of the Veneto food and wine tradition based on meat or fish. A guarantee for quality, tradition and a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant is known for its superb typical dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and its vast and careful selection of wines from the Veneto region. Overnight stay at the hotel. The following morning includes a visit to the characteristic open-air fruit and vegetable market in Piazza delle Erbe in Padova - Padua. After a drink in the historic Caffè Pedrocchi in Padova - Padua, lunch in the only certified Slow Food restaurant in the centre of Padova – Padua. At the Osteria “l'Anfora” you will taste typical products of the food and wine tradition from the Veneto region (typical cheeses of the Slow Food centres: Asiago d'Alpeggio, Monte Veronese di Malga, Morlacco del Grappa) accompanied by the best wines of Veneto in arelaxed and warm atmosphere. In the afternoon there is a visit to “Il Filò delle Vigne” farm, located in Baone within the enchanting scenery of the Euganean Hills in the Padova area, with the best wine tastings of Veneto produced by the farm, wines with balanced flavours and with strong fruity scents. Breakfast the following morning and departure.
