thank you for your feedback! We are pleased you enjoyed the experience despite the initial difficult in locating the meeting point. At the end of the online booking reservation you received a voucher with a map and a textual description of the meeting point; moreover, the day before the tour, our supplier sent you more specific details in order to help you in reaching the departure point of the tour. We regret this was not clear enough for you! We try to provide our customers directions as clear as possible to easily access the meeting point and to avoid problems on the spot, also including an emergency phone number on the voucher. Unfortunately the tour meeting point is located in a place that it is not properly touristic and therefore we can understand that people who are visiting Venice for the first time may have some problem in finding it. We will try to be even clearer in notifying this information to our customers!Best regards,

'Great Tour !'
My husband, daughter and I booked this tour during our recent trip to Venice. It was well worth the money. After many days of sightseeing in Venice I was looking for something different to do. This was it. The two young women were very nice and the translator spoke wonderful English so we had no problem understanding what to do. This is a great memory of our trip. Would highly recommend.

'Rowing In Venice'
We had a wonderful experience learning how to row a batella in Venice. It was a fantastic 2.5 hour event and one we will never forget. Other tourists appeared to be on gondolas in traffic jams and overpaying for a 40 minute experience. We, on the other hand, learned the history of rowing in Venice, developed an appreciation for the art of rowing, and developed a wonderful rapport with our lovely teachers. If returning to Venice, this event would be at the top of the list!
