Do you want to woo your partner with a romantic dinner in a city which in itself is unique and fascinating? If the answer is yes, then don’t miss Valentine’s Day at Palazzetto Pisani in the heart of Venice: a dive into the past in a truly exclusive location!
Friday, February 14, treat yourself to the luxury of a candlelit dinner in a historic house, with soft background music and a menu specially created for the occasion. But that's not all: every dish will be paired with a different wine perfectly matching the food begin served.
Valentine's dinner will take place on the main floor of the building, in the chic and bright Doge’s Hall, featuring two balconies directly overlooking the Grand Canal from which you can enjoy a truly exclusive view of the Madonna della Salute, Punta della Dogana, the Accademia Bridge, the Guggenheim Museum and the splendid Palazzo Barbarigo.
The particular layout designed for Valentine's Day - candelabras, soft light, rose petals and soft background music - will make the setting, impressive and laden with history, even more evocative and romantic ... in short, the perfect ambience for an unforgettable Valentine's Day!
The menu is particularly exclusive and each course will be accompanied by a different type of wine:
Sea bass carpaccio with chives and pink pepper
Wine: Franciacorta Cà del Bosco Cuvèe Prestige
Risotto with shrimp and Champagne with lime and sea water
Wine: Collio Bianco Edy Keber
Two-colored turbot cube in aspic with confit cherry tomatoes and cuttlefish ink waffle
Wine: Pinot Grigio Russiz Superiore 2016
Crystallized chocolate on Campari mirror and Fruit Passion emulsion marinated with peppermint
Wine: Ruinart Champagne
So, what do you think? You surely cannot miss out on such a menu! And let's not forget the location of the evening: a 16th century building imbued with history and furnished with antique and original period pieces.
A refined and romantic atmosphere for a very special Valentine's Day!
